A Year of Good | Reflecting on 2025 with Purpose, Faith, and Impact

A Year of Good

This December marks two important moments. It has been four years since the launch of The House of LR&C and nine years since the beginning of Good Man Brand. Together they remind us why we started in the first place: to build something that stands for more than fashion. To lead with faith, to create with integrity, and to move with purpose.

2025 was truly a year of good. It proved that growth can go hand in hand with impact, that sustainability can meet style, and that success means more when it lifts others along the way.

As we celebrate Giving Tuesday and our anniversary, we are taking a moment to reflect on how far we have come and what made this year meaningful.

Standing on Faith

Faith sits at the center of what we do. This year we made that commitment visible by adding the Stand on Faith stamp to our sneakers, a small detail that carries a deeper message.

We also launched The Good Word Series on Instagram, where we shared reflections on purpose, gratitude, and belief. It gave us a chance to slow down, connect, and remember that good design begins with a good heart.

Designed for Good

Innovation matters most when it serves something greater. This year we launched The Halo Sneaker, our most sustainable design to date. It features biodegradable soles, LWG-certified leathers, and vegan uppers made from grape by-products. We also partnered with renewable-energy factories in Portugal and Peru to cut our carbon impact.

Across our spring and fall collections, we reached our highest sustainability rating yet. It was a proud moment that reflected years of progress and persistence.

We also introduced Good Man Brand Golf, making our debut at The Masters in Augusta. Our first drop sold out quickly, followed by a second release at The Skratch Clubhouse during the Ryder Cup. Each piece balanced performance with modern design, created for both the course and beyond.

Our work to reduce waste continued through a beta partnership with Super Circle, focused on responsible product recycling. In November we celebrated our B Corp recertification, confirming our ongoing commitment to business as a force for good.

Highlights That Defined the Year

2025 was full of moments that reminded us what community looks like in action.

During Super Bowl Week in New Orleans, we hosted our first Good Man Brand pop-up with partners RAOS and Fini Pizza. The space came alive with live events, custom team sneakers, and conversations about connection and creativity.

We also cheered on our co-founder Russell Wilson as he appeared on The Tonight Show wearing the Prospect Sneaker, marking his move to the New York Giants. It was a reminder that no matter how far we go, we carry the same belief in doing good wherever we are.

Giving Back with Purpose

Our 3 percent Giveback commitment continued to grow this year. Through the Why Not You Foundation, we reached a new milestone, donating more than 1.2 million dollars to programs that empower young people across the country.

Every purchase and every customer played a part in that achievement. It proves that style can change more than how we look. It can change what is possible.

Better Every Step of the Way

We also focused on improving the experience for our customers. Response times were faster, satisfaction scores reached a record high, and we introduced tools that made shopping easier. New wishlist and back-in-stock features helped customers track favorites, and our self-exchange service simplified returns. Each update created a smoother, more personal experience.

The Team Behind It All

Good Man Brand remains Black-founded, women-led, and seventy percent female. That balance of perspective continues to shape how we grow, design, and serve our community. Every achievement this year reflects a team guided by faith and purpose.

Looking Ahead

As 2025 comes to a close, we return to the belief that started it all. Doing good is not a single act. It is a way of life. From sustainability to community impact to the people who make it possible, this year proved that purpose and progress belong together.

Here’s to another year of faith, action, and good.
