A Letter from our CEO, Therese Hayes, on our Year of Good
This year reminded us why we maintain our focus on progress over perfection. The industry continues to face challenges across the board and yet we continue to press forward. We launched our most sustainable sneaker yet, introduced Good Man Brand Golf in Augusta, and deepened our commitment to circularity through partnerships and internal programs that reduce waste. We celebrated our B Corp recertification and reached a new milestone in giving, contributing over $1.2 million to the amazing work of the Why Not You Foundation.
Most importantly, we stayed rooted in faith - a pillar in our Founder Russell Wilson’s life. From the Stand on Faith stamp on our sneakers to our deep commitment and values scribed in each recycled shoe box, to the The Good Word series, we found moments to pause, connect, and create with purpose.
My faith in this business is rooted in the people behind the brand. I remain deeply grateful for our team. Every achievement this year belongs to them.
