Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently ship to all states. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories. All below shipping guidelines are general and not guaranteed as we cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

SHIPPING FEES:

  • FREE standard/ground shipping on any US purchase over $99
  • Standard Shipping based on carrier rates (Ground Shipping, 5-10 business days for delivery) 

INTERNATIONAL

We also ship to Canada and Mexico.

SHIPPING FEES:

  • Customer responsible for any applicable shipping costs, customs & duties fees as determined by your local customs authorities and shipping carrier

Customs & import duties are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. These vary from country to country, and we have no control over what these charges will be. We advise you to check your local customs website before you place your order. These charges are not applicable to orders within the United States. We will not refund customs & import duties charged to you.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12 noon PST will be shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be process the next business day. Please note that during sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 10AM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Monday to Friday after 10AM PST will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Our expedited shipping option does not deliver on weekends, please make sure to take this into account when placing your order. Please note that during sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number link contained within the email.

You can also track your order in your order history.

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Select the appropriate order number.
  3. If your order has shipped, the tracking number will be displayed.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. If your tracking number displays “label created, pending shipment,” please check back after 48 hours to view an estimated delivery date.

If you do not have an account, you can locate your tracking information by accessing our chat help in the bottom, right-hand corner of our website.

  1. Select Track and manage my order.
  2. Input your email address or SMS phone number that was used when you placed your order.
  3. OR select Sign In With Order Number.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items.

Please be sure to use the correct address when placing your order! We are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been placed. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to inaccurate addresses being provided at the time the order is placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number within your request. We will do our best to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

We are unable to re-route an order once it has shipped. However, you may initiate a return on our Returns Portal for a credit or a full refund within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

LOST SHIPMENTS AND MISSING ITEMS

If your order shows as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please allow 3 additional business days as carrier tracking numbers may show inaccurately. If you have not received your order after 3 business days, please contact us

If you input the incorrect shipping address at the time of checkout, we are not responsible for lost packages delivered to this address. Additionally, we are not responsible, nor will we process claim requests on your behalf, for any package that has proof of delivery to your front porch. If you experience package theft from your porch, it is your responsibility to contact us to have signature required added to the shipment. 

If you are missing item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
