Our Return Policy
We take extreme measures to make things we think you’ll like.
But in case you ever don’t, we offer free returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days.
Here is how to return:
Pack your item in UPS Express Pak that we send with each order, and ship it back to us.

Nuts & Bolts
-Returns and exchanges must be in new and unlaundered condition. We can’t take back worn or washed items (unless a manufacturing defect is found).
-We can only accept returns and exchanges on Good Man Brand items ordered from thegoodmanbrand.com. We can’t accept items purchased from other retailers.
-We can refund the cost of your merchandise only. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Please save your tracking number for your security. We can’t replace packages lost in transit.
-Items marked “final sale” can’t be returned or exchanged.
-Gift Cards can’t be returned or redeemed for cash.
International Returns & Exchanges
We don’t currently offer free returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the USA—we’ll have to charge you $20 shipping. (Unless it’s a merchandise defect—in that case, we’ll gladly cover the charges.)
We’ll do our best to fulfill exchange requests, but can’t guarantee inventory availability. Like all deliveries, exchanges may be affected by shipping and weather conditions.
